ORANGE GOBLIN Records Four Songs For BBC Radio 1's 'Rock Show'

August 26, 2007

British doomsters ORANGE GOBLIN recorded four songs ("Scorpionica", "They Come Back [Harvest of Skulls]", "The Ballad of Solomon Eagle" and "Blue Snow") at the legendary Studio 4 at BBC Maida Vale Studios in London on August 17 for an exclusive BBC Radio 1 "Rock Show" session to be aired at a later date as part of Daniel Carter's program.

In other news, ORANGE GOBLIN has scheduled a special Christmas show on Saturday, December 8 at the Islington Carling Academy in London. Support at the gig will come from North Carolina sludge-meisters SOURVEIN and hard-rocking U.K. hopefuls JOSIAH.

ORANGE GOBLIN's new CD, "Healing through Fire", was released in May through Sanctuary Records. The album was initially released as a CD with a bonus DVD featuring live footage from the band's headline show at London's Mean Fiddler in December 2006.
